Watch first

The 7-minute breakdown.

What AI data licensing is, why AI labs pay for real business data, and how both companies and brokers take part.

What is AI data licensing?

AI learned from the internet. Next it learns from real work.

AI data licensing is when a company grants an AI developer the right to use a copy of its data to train or evaluate AI, and gets paid for it. Companies supply the data. An AI data licensing broker spots good-fit companies and makes the introduction.

Demand

AI labs want licensed, real-world business data, not more scraped web pages.

Supply

Established companies hold years of records showing how real work gets done.

The gap

Most owners don't know their records have value. Brokers close that gap.

For companies

Get paid for the records you already have.

Licensing your operating records means granting an AI company the right to use an agreed copy of your internal communications, documents, workflows and decision history to train AI systems. The program pays $100K–$5M for that license. You keep your originals and keep operating as normal.

A copy

You license a copy and keep your originals. Personal information handling is set out in the written agreement.

YOU MAY QUALIFY IF…

  • Your company is established, with a real team
  • You've been in business for several years, with records kept in your systems
  • You use multiple systems: email, files, chat, CRM, calls, accounting
  • Your organization owns its records
  • Nonprofits may be eligible too

LIKELY NOT A FIT IF…

  • You're a very new or very small business
  • You don't own or control your records
  • You're in an industry or country the program excludes

Minimum team size, eligible countries and excluded industries are set by the program. Check its current criteria through the link.

Company questions

What about privacy?

You license an agreed copy, not your originals. The program's process includes de-identifying personal information before use. The exact protections are in the written agreement, so review it with your counsel.

What kind of data?

Operating records: email, documents and files, internal chat, CRM, call records, accounting, and the workflow and decision history across them. Years of connected records are what make data valuable.

What does it cost?

Nothing to check. The program charges no application or broker fee, and if an affiliate introduced you, the program pays that fee. It isn't deducted from your company's payment.

How much will we get?

The program's published range is $100K–$5M. The figure for any company comes from its review: years and volume of history, how connected the records are, and how unique the work is. No amount can be promised before review.

The market is moving

People are already talking about it.

Why now

AI developers face growing legal pressure over scraped data, which pushes them toward licensed sources. Companies with deep, organized records are the supply.

Paid on closed deals

Illustrative math only, not a projection
Hypothetical closed Qualified Deal (US-HQ company, within your first five)6%Referral fee
$300,000$18,000$50,000
$1,000,000$60,000$60,000
$2,500,000$150,000$150,000
$1,000,000 (non-US-HQ company)$60,000$60,000 (no minimum)

Hypothetical figures to show the formula. The $50,000 minimum applies only to closed Qualified Deals with US-headquartered companies, for your first five. Non-US companies: 6%, no minimum. Most introductions do not close. There is no guaranteed income, deal size or timeline. The program's final written terms apply.

  • Work in sales, consulting, agencies, recruiting or B2B services
  • Are comfortable starting real business conversations
  • Can be patient: deals take time

NOT A FIT IF YOU…

  • Want guaranteed or overnight money
  • Plan to spam or overpromise to companies
  • Won't read the program's written terms
Partner FAQ

Before you join.

Is this legit?

AI data licensing is a real, publicly reported industry. The partner program is a referral program: you make introductions, and its team reviews, makes any written offer and closes. Read the program's terms and do your own research before you join.

Do I need experience?

No coding or data background is needed. What matters is knowing or finding established companies and starting a conversation. The program handles valuation, legal and closing.

Who actually buys the data?

AI developers and labs that need real-world, licensed data showing how professional work gets done.

Is income guaranteed?

No. You're paid only if a referred deal closes as a Qualified Deal. The $50,000 minimum applies only to US-headquartered companies, for your first five Qualified Deals. Non-US companies pay 6% with no minimum. Nothing promises that any deal closes, or when. Many referrals earn nothing.

Does my fee come out of the company's payment?

No. The program pays the affiliate fee. It isn't deducted from the company's payment.
